针对蜀南地区低压、低渗油气层的勘探开发难题,根据蜀南气田储层地质特征,有针对性地开展了蜀南气田天然气欠平衡钻井技术研究。本文首先从蜀南气田气藏特性出发,对蜀南地区须家河组气层损害机理和保护措施进行研究,对目前采用的过平衡钻井(OBD)过程中钻井液、完井液对储层的损害进行了定性分析,提出了须家河组油气层的保护措施。在国内外欠平衡钻井环空携岩理论相关成果的基础之上,运用多相流理论和方法,建立了天然气欠平衡钻井的环空流动理论模型,采用数值方法对模型进行求解,模拟分析了井筒内的压力分布、速度分布、携岩能力及回压等流体力学参数,确定了天然气欠平衡钻井合理的施工参数。对天然气欠平衡钻井施工参数对过程控制的影响规律进行分析,并对混气水举作业中的参数进行了研究。研究了天然气欠平衡安全钻井技术,为天然气欠平衡钻井的地面装备配置方案与工艺流程、安全施工细则提供了理论依据。运用研究成果,先后开展了井浅2井、麻浅1井、包浅4井天然气欠平衡钻井完井的现场试验研究,取得了较好的技术经济效益。初步形成适用于蜀南地区低压、低渗油气层的天然气欠平衡钻井工艺技术,以期实现天然气欠平衡钻井技术在蜀南地区的工业化应用。

Aiming at the explorative/exploitive difficult problem of reservoir's low pressure and low permeation in south SiChuan, and according to the geologic characters of south SiChuan reservoir we have developed the research of natural gas under-balanced drilling technology in south SiChuan gas reservoir. This article started from the gas reservoir's character in south SiChuan, studied the gas reservoir damage principle and protection measures of the XuJia river stratum qualitative analysed the reservoir damage that during the balanced drilling the drilling fluid, complete drilling fluid caused to and put forward the protection measures of the XuJia river stratum. On the base of the relative achievements of under-balanced drilling in foreign countries and annular space carry drillings theory, we used multi-phase flow theory and method, set up the theoretic annular space flow of natural gas under-balanced drilling, and solved the model by making use of mathematical method, analysed the pressure distribution, Speed distribution, the carrying drillings ability of fluid and returning pressure effect by using the mathematical stimulating software of under-balanced drilling, then determined the right drilling parameters of gas under-balanced drilling. We have analysed the affect rules of the parameters controlling the drilling course and have researched the parameters during the water lifting mixed with gas. We also have researched the safe drilling technology of gas under-balanced drilling, put forward the equipment program on the surface and put forward the equipment program on the surface and technological progress of gas under-balanced drilling, and arranged to compile safe drilling rules of gas under-balanced drilling. By using the research achievements , we have developed many experiment research at the drilling areas , such as JingQian well 2,MaQian well 1 and BaoQian well 4 and have got technologic and economic benefit very well. By doing such we formed preliminarily the gas under-balanced drilling technology witch was applicable to the low pressure and low permeation reservoir in south SiChuan, which is expected to realize the gas under-balanced drilling technology can be applied industrially south SiChuan areas.

Aiming at the problems in exploration and exploitation of low pressure and low permeability reservoir in south SiChuan, and according to the geological characteristics of south SiChuan gas field, the study on natural gas under-balanced drilling technology was carried out in south SiChuan gas reservoir. Qualitative analysis on the reservoir damage caused by the drilling fluid and completion fluid during the over-balanced drilling (OBD)process, and then and the protection measures of the XuJiahe reservoir were put forward. On the basis of the relative achievements in annular cuttings carrying theory for under-balanced drilling abroad, multi-phase flow theory and method were employed to establish the theoretical model of annulus flow of natural gas under-balanced drilling. The model was solved with numeral method; some fluid dynamics parameters such as the pressure distribution, speed distribution, the cuttings carrying capacity and back pressure were analyzed by using the mathematical stimulating software; then the appropriate engineering parameters of natural gas under-balanced drilling were determined. The rules of engineering parameters’ influence on process control was analyzed; the parameters during the water lifting with mixed gas were studied. The safe drilling technology was studied, which provided theoretical basis of configuration plan of surface equipment, technical process and safe engineering of natural gas under-balanced drilling. With these achievements, on-site test on well completion of JingQian Well 2, MaQian Well 1 and BaoQian Well 4 were carried out, and satisfactory technological and economic benefit was obtained.
