     本论文是在国家“十五”攻关项目《中国分区域生态用水标准研究》和松辽委项目《松辽流域生态需水研究》的部分研究成果基础上,针对大规模的水土资源开发利用导致的湿地消退这一生态问题而展开的湿地生态需水研究。通过分析湿地水文循环的生态效应,湿地是由径流支撑的非地带性生态系统,具有泛区域特点,湿地生态需水须要在研究湿地径流场与生物多样性变化基础上进行。

     This paper mainly focuses on ecological water demand in wetlands, which aims at the ecological problem of fading wetlands caused by large-scale exploration and utilization of soil and water resources, based on part of the achievements of two projects of Ecological Water Use in Chinese Different Regions, an important project in the tenth five-year plan of China, and Research on Ecological Water Demand in Song-Liao Rivers Basin. First of all, according to the analysis on the ecological effects of hydrologic cycle, wetland is a non-zonal ecological system supported by run-off, so the study on ecological water demand in wetlands should be based on wetland run-off plot and biodiversity variation.
